Information desks

Information desk:

At the information desk, you can ask any questions you may have while you are at the airport. The information desk is situated below the stairs at the "vertrek/departures" entrance of the passenger terminal. It is also possible to contact the desk by calling +31 (0)43-358 9898. This number cannot be used for making reservations. The desk is open from two hours before departure of your flight or 30 minutes after landing.

Handling desk:

If the information desk is unmanned, you can go to the desk of Maastricht Handling Services, located to the left of the check-in desks. Here, you can also make reservations with companies that offer flights to and from MAA (at extra cost), change your bookings or make payments and report baggage problems. The desk is open from two hours before departure of your flight or 30 minutes after landing.
