Step by step plan application airport badge for Maastricht Aachen Airport.<\/p>\n\n

Beware of: only choose this step by step plan if you want to apply for a new airport badge or If you want to renew your airport badge. If you also need a driving qualification airside you have to choose option 3 in the previous menu.<\/p>\n\n

If you want to apply for a new airport badge please complete all below steps in chronological order. If you want to renew your airport badge start at step number 2.<\/p>\n\n

Only proceed to the next step when the current step has been completed.<\/p>\n\n

Step 1. Application \/ registration company (employer)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n

Make sure your employer is already registered at Maastricht Aachen Airport. If not, ask your employer to complete the form Application Company<\/a>\u00a0The completed form has to be signed and returned to the Badge Office via mail passenbureau@maa.nl<\/p>\n\n

Only proceed to step 2. after the company registration has been approved by the Badge Office.<\/p>\n\n

Is your employer already registered at Maastricht Aachen Airport? You can than proceed to step 2.<\/p>\n\n

Step 2 Application of the declaration of no objection (VGB)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n

Apply for a declaration of no objection.<\/p>\n\n

Beware of: both the employer and the employee need to complete a part of the request form for a declaration of no objection.<\/p>\n\n

When both parts are completed digitally and signed they can be sent to the Badge Office by mail or post.<\/p>\n\n

You will receive your declaration of no objection after 6 to 8 weeks by post. Only proceed to step 3 after you receive your declaration of no objection.<\/p>\n\n

Step 3. Request airport badge<\/strong><\/p>\n\n

Your employer has to complete the form \u2018Application Airport Badge <\/a>digitally and sign the form. Please bring the completed and signed form with you to you appointment at the Badge Office.<\/p>\n\n

Step 4. Make an appointment with the Badge Office<\/strong><\/p>\n\n

To obtain your airport badge you need to pass the Safety and Security test. You will receive the study material after you make the appointment.
